Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of bacon grease
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 large green bell pepper
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of chicken broth + water to make it equal 2 cups
- 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes and green chilies(do NOT drain)
- 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
